You Better Watch Out…

Since childhood, Nicoletta Nowell and Sarah Locke were inseparable. But the start of eighth grade marked Nicoletta’s sudden transformation from best friend to relentless bully with seemingly no cause. Come December, Sarah is resigned to the new state of affairs until she is swept up in a plot to straighten her bully out by Colzsákos—a Christmas faerie of the Holly Court, specializing in reforming naughty children. It seems like a dream come true, but is Col as ‘good’ as he seems, and can his reformation methods be trusted?

A little Mean Girls, a little A Christmas Carol, and a little Labyrinth, Nicked is a holiday faerie tale about good kids, bad kids, and a best friendship gone cold.

Melissa J Lackie-Nicoletta Nowell, Additional Voices

She has drawn praise for her versatility and improvisation skills; there is no proverbial cliff she will not leap from in search of new creative directions! Melissa credits these skills to her excellent teachers, particularly those at Calgary Actor's Studio, Vancouver Acting School, and On The Mic Training. Born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, Melissa now resides in the beautiful and rainy Lower Mainland, British Columbia. When she isn’t chattering into a mic, she can be found hugging trees and cooing over strangers’ dogs. You can follow her exploits at melissajlackievoice.com.

Andrew Oakes-Col, Additional Voices

Andrew Oakes, sometimes known as Oakesy, is an actor and voice actor from the South East of England. When not on stage or behind the mic, you'll often find him brewing tea and making ramen for anyone who'll let him. In 2015, after being trained in acting at Mountview Academy in London, Andrew began his professional career. In between touring theatre and Christmas shows, he found enjoyment filling the times between playing around behind an old microphone collecting dust back home. Since then, Andrew has appeared in 'A Foretold Affair', 'The Struggle for Catalonia', 'Kyseran: The Madlands', and more; exploring a great breadth of voice over's staples, from games, dramas and audiobooks. Tucked away in his rural corner of old Blighty, he can't believe he has the chance to bring his voice to so many wonderful projects and characters, striving to evoke the same wonder he found listening to audiobook cassettes and video games of his childhood.
